Suppose you connect a printer, you see a notification 'HP Officejet pro 8710 offline.' To fix it, click Control Panel, then Devices and Printers from the Taskbar. Following that, right-click on the HP printer. Then, from the context menu, pick "View what was printed." From the option bar, pick "Printer." Then, select "Use Printer Online."
